Open to ages 8 and up, this workout is designed for athletes, fitness lovers, beginners, and anyone looking to challenge themselves in a supportive community environment.
Expect a dynamic workout featuring hill sprints, conditioning drills, agility movements, and functional fitness training led by experienced coaches passionate about helping Chattanooga move with purpose.
